Marketing Manager
We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a large company based in Chelmsford.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for 3 companies under 1 umbrella. This role is key to increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth. You will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and marketing channels.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives) to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Monitor and refine strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance against key metrics (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance competitiveness.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales support.
Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Agency & Budget Management
- Oversee third-party agencies to ensure the effective delivery of marketing projects.
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
