We are currently recruiting for an experience Vehicle Administrator to join our client in Chelmsford.

In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the backbone of the sales and buying operations, ensuring vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the smooth running of the  dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Processing: Invoice used vehicles, prepare detailed handover packs, and manage warranties for approved and non-approved cars.
• Financial Administration: Reconcile daily banking transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee the dealership’s funding systems.
• Coordination: Ensure vehicle preparation processes are seamless by monitoring and pushing re-quired actions.
• Reporting: Check, maintain, and update internal reports to support operational efficiency.
• File Management: Conduct thorough file checks and maintain up-to-date payment records.
• Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and handle ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

Experience required: 

• Experience: Previous experience in a Vehicle Administrator role within a dealership is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous and methodical approach to handling documentation and pro-cesses.
• Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: A friendly, professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability: A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and support evolving business needs.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a rota between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM
