Vehicle Administrator
We are recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join a large company in Chelmsford. You will be responsible for acting as the support function to both the sales and buying departments, ensuring all vehicles are correctly processed when entering and leaving the business.
Main Duties:
- To invoice used cars, preparing appropriate company handover packs;
- Administrating our funding system
- Collating and reconciling the daily banking
- Set up warranties for approved and non-approved cars;
- Pushing lines for vehicle preparation
- Check and maintain reports
- Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks;
- General support to the sales team
- Any other duties as instructed by management
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc):
- Previous experience within a Vehicle Administrator role in a dealership ideal;
- Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload;
- Friendly expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn;
- Use of Keyloop would be advantageous
