Staff from a housebuilding company served up tea and biscuits to residents of a Bishop’s Stortford care home.
Marc Woolfe, head of sales for David Wilson Homes, the developer behind the Sawbridge Park estate off West Road in Sawbridgeworth, said: “Our team wanted to use their dedicated volunteering day [last] year to help support the incredibly talented and hard-working team at Conewood Manor Care Home.”
Marie Flanagan, activities co-ordinator at the Dunmow Road care home, said: “We always welcome additional help to support our residents with their needs during various events.
“Every little bit helps to relieve some pressure from our team, and our residents are always so happy to see new faces.
“We want to thank the volunteers from David Wilson North Thames for their help.”
