Tees signs on dotted line as Stortford ladies’ first team land sponsor deal

Bishop’s Stortford Hockey Club has scored a multi-year deal which will see Tees Law sponsor the ladies’ first team.

The sponsorship package will help the side, who have started their maiden campaign in the Vitality Women’s League, in their bid to establish themselves at national level.

“We’re delighted that Tees have recognised the pre-eminence of our ladies’ first XI spearheading women’s sport in our area,” said ladies’ section captain Richard Temple.

“We are exceptionally grateful and proud to partner with them.”

The deal will also help Stortford develop even more female role models in the form of coaches and umpires.

Ashton Hunt, Tees group managing director, said: “Tees are invested in supporting our local community, so to be able to partner with BSHC and to be part of the club’s journey into the National League is very exciting.”
