We are recruiting for a Bookings Manager to join a family run boutique travel company based in Dunmow.

As the Bookings Manager you will be managing a small team of booking coordinators and will work closely]with the 2 Directors and the on-the-ground teams of approximately 30 Area Managers/ Managers and cleaners in France and Ireland.

You will be responsible for making office and team decisions that you see fit better for the company.

You’ll be the first port of call for guests enquiring to book on email and over the phone. You will need to get to know over 150 properties and be able to answer queries about these properties.

This role requires someone who is computer literate and good with numbers as you will be needing to give out quotes to customers

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very customer focussed, likes to travel (yes, you will get to go out to multiple locations across Europe)

HOURS: 35 hours per week including weekend work on alternate weekends. Days off in the week will be allocated to balance weekend work. Bank Holidays are rotated between the bookings team for days off in lieu.
