Premier Travel Group has named a husband and wife as its new managing directors.
Paul Waters has taken on the role at Premier Travel while Niki Waters has been installed at Premier Holidays.
The couple, who have given the company 20 years’ service, will be looking to help both businesses expand following the pandemic.
Paul originally worked as a sales manager on the road for Premier Holidays before moving over to Premier Travel, which has a branch in South Street, Bishop’s Stortford, in 2007 to oversee branch sales and marketing.
Four years later he was made a director and his experience has broadened considerably, enabling him to take on the overall responsibility of retail and its finances.
Prior to becoming a director and company secretary of both companies five years ago, Niki worked in many areas within Premier Holidays.
She began by heading up the call centre and has also overseen HR, head office operations and finance on the tour operator side of the business.
