HR Administrator – Full OR Part time!
Our client in Bishops Stortford is looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR Team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, professional and hard working administrator who is willing to help out in all areas of the large office.
Hours of work:
Full time: 08:30-16:00
Part time: 09:00 – 15:00
Main Duties:
- Assists with the management of the recruitment and hiring process, including the preparation and evaluation of job descriptions, posting vacancy advertisements.
- Proactive management of the recruitment process.
- Working with the HR Officer to ensure all offer letters and new starter documentation is accurate, sent out to new joiners and tracked.
- Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Ensure reference checks are completed for all new employees.
- Provide support and guidance to Managers to ensure effective management of disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring these are escalated to the Group HR & Payroll Manager if necessary.
- Providing support to the Payroll Administrators as and when required, including checking of monthly payroll data.
- HR Projects as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional relationship building skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised with a commercial approach
- Computer literate
