Procurement Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Executive/Supply chain manager to join an evolving procurement team based in Braintree.
If you have experience working within Purchasing or Supply Chain management then this could be the role for you.
Main Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage standard repairs through the Repair Shop
- Maintaining the Repairs Inbox & answering questions in a timely fashion.
- Raising repair orders
- Approving repair quotes
- Processing return cores
- Helping with repair planning
- Purchase Key Stock, to maintain relevant stock levels.
- Identify new suppliers across the globe
- Identify new teardowns
- Build package purchases from teardowns to help bolster stock levels on a regular basis
- Identifying parts requiring purchase based on location, condition, repair shop availability.
- Track units up until delivery
- Update PO’s with relevant information as to the progress of that item(s)
Requirements
- Attention to detail is a crucial part of the role
- Supply chain qualifications or experience
- Aviation knowledge (desirable but not essential)
