Senior management changes are made at investment services group Ravenscroft

An investment services group’s continued growth has led to it making changes to its senior management.

Ravenscroft, which has five offices including one at Tees House in London Road, Bishop’s Stortford, has appointed Robin Newbould to the board of its parent company, Ravenscroft Holdings Ltd.

Newbould, who co-founded Ravenscroft with Jon Ravenscroft in 2005 and has been chief operating officer since July 2021, will now become managing director of operations to work alongside Mark Bousfield, whose new title is managing director of investments.

The pair will be supported by former Royal Air Force fighter pilot David Chan OBE, who has rejoined the business as chief of staff.

Newbould previously served as a non-executive director of the International Stock Exchange and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

He moved to head up Ravenscroft’s Jersey office in 2009 before leaving to set up BullionRock, which specialised in the selling and storage of gold, silver, platinum and palladium.

In 2017, BullionRock – now Ravenscroft Precious Metals Ltd – was acquired by Ravenscroft and Newbould rejoined the business.
