A Takeley-based property development company raised a massive £150,000 for St Clare Hospice at its annual golf day.
Weston Homes is a long-standing charitable partner of the hospice and has now raised well over a million pounds for the charity.
The event, which was sponsored and attended by 44 teams from other companies, was held at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield.
The day’s golf was followed by an evening of fine dining and entertainment which included a charity auction featuring a range of impressive prizes.
“We are proud to host our annual golf day in aid of St Clare so that local people can continue to access their services during one of life’s most difficult journeys,” said Weston Homes chairman Bob Weston.
“We’re delighted to have raised £150,000 this year. Our heartfelt thanks go to our events team and all the generous local businesses involved who helped to make this possible.”
