A Bishop’s Stortford property management company has won a national award at a glittering ceremony in London.
Virtus Property Management was named Managing Agent of the Year (under 1,000 units) at the ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) ACE Awards.
Members of the team, which is based at the Peek Business Centre in Woodside, collected the prize in front of more than 500 property professionals at Old Billingsgate on June 17, almost six years to the day after the company started.
Virtus manages residential and commercial properties in Sawbridgeworth (Pishiobury House), Stansted (Hermitage House and Castle Maltings), Ware and Harlow, but its hub is Stortford where it manages Peek Business Centre, Tees House, Innovation House, Tanners Wharf, Tissimans Court, The Charter and Priory Court.
“We are fiercely proud of our local status and love to use small independent local suppliers and contractors wherever possible to drive money back into the local economy,” said director Robin Mitchell.
